Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of Xipher Mail mailbox accounts, the delivery platform and related account security controls. By creating or using an account, you accept these rules.
1. Service scope
Xipher Mail provides mailbox accounts, message storage, delivery tooling, security controls and related account management features. Availability, storage behavior, anti-abuse controls and technical limits may change as the service evolves.
2. Eligibility and account ownership
You may use Xipher Mail only if you are legally permitted to do so and only for addresses, identities and communications you are authorized to control. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
3. Payment-free access does not remove rules
Access to an account, whether free, internal, invited or paid in the future, does not grant any right to misuse infrastructure, bypass safety controls, degrade service reliability, or send unlawful or unwanted traffic.
4. Suspension and termination
We may throttle, suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create material security risk, generate spam or fraud signals, attack the infrastructure, or are required to be disabled for legal or operational reasons.
Service protection actions may occur without prior notice when immediate containment is necessary.
5. Disclaimer and liability boundaries
Xipher Mail is provided on an as-available basis. While we operate the service with reliability and security controls, no service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect delivery. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, indirect or consequential loss arising from abuse, outages, third-party delivery failures or user content remains the responsibility of the sender or account operator.
