Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what is prohibited on Xipher Mail and how enforcement works when we detect abusive, unsafe or unlawful use of the service.

1. Prohibited activity

You must not use Xipher Mail for spam, phishing, malware delivery, credential harvesting, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful distribution, denial-of-service activity, infrastructure probing, or attempts to evade rate limits, blocks or security controls.

2. Messaging restrictions

Bulk unsolicited messaging, purchased lists, traffic laundering, disposable abuse flows and deceptive sender behavior are prohibited. You must have a lawful basis and recipient authorization for the messages you send.

3. Content and attachments

You are responsible for links, attachments and message content sent from your mailbox. Content that is illegal, malicious, deceptive or designed to compromise other users, systems or networks is prohibited.

4. Enforcement

Xipher Mail may throttle traffic, block delivery, require additional verification, freeze account actions, suspend access, or permanently terminate accounts when abuse indicators or policy violations are detected.

Enforcement can be automated or manual and may occur immediately when needed to contain risk.

5. Reporting

If you identify abuse, spoofing or unauthorized activity involving Xipher Mail, contact support@xipher.pro. Include mailbox details, timestamps and message identifiers when available.
